CFD Simulation · Generative Design · Additive Manufacturing

We don't design with intuition. We design with supercomputing.

We apply the same rigor as aerospace engineering to consumer products. Computational fluid dynamics, multi-objective genetic algorithms and high-performance additive manufacturing. All in one lab.

What we do

Industrial-Grade Computational Engineering

We combine computational fluid dynamics, genetic algorithm optimization and additive manufacturing to create products that cannot be designed with traditional methods.

CFD Simulation

We solve the Navier-Stokes equations with incompressible RANS and k-? SST turbulence model in OpenFOAM 13. snappyHexMesh mesh with prismatic layers to resolve the boundary layer. Real fluid conditions, not approximations.

Generative Design

NSGA-II explores thousands of parametric geometries to find the optimal Pareto front. Each candidate is evaluated with full CFD. We don't use cheap surrogate models — each iteration is a real simulation.

Additive Manufacturing

Geometries impossible with traditional molds: leading edges with tubercles, trailing edges with serrations, surfaces with microchannels. 3D printing in PA-CF with 3K Twill carbon fiber reinforcement and epoxy coating.

Quantitative Biomimetics

Nature solved hydrodynamics problems millions of years ago. We parameterize, simulate and optimize real biological patterns: Megaptera tubercles, Bubo serrations, Carcharodon denticles. It's not decoration.

Automated Pipeline

The entire workflow implemented in Python as open-source software: parametric design → meshing → CFD → postprocessing → optimization → STL export. Zero manual steps. Reproducible engineering.

NACA Profiles

We work with NACA 0012 and 0008 profiles with full parameterization: sweep, rake, twist, cant angle, thickness, chord. Complete control over geometry. Nothing is left to chance.

Flagship Project

Next-Generation Surf Fins

Four models designed with genetic algorithms, validated with 31,661 CFD iterations and manufactured in PA-CF. Up to +55% more lift than FCS M-5.

Validation

31,661 iterations. Not a single assumption.

Lift/drag curves validated at 4 angles of attack. RANS k-? SST simulation in OpenFOAM 13 with real seawater. Each point compared against FCS M-5 and Futures AM1.

Parametric sweep and performance curves

Complete parametric sweep: 3 models × 4 angles of attack = 12 fine cases per model. Total: 31,661 CFD iterations with OpenFOAM 13, k-? SST turbulence, on snappyHexMesh mesh with 5 prismatic layers.
